Booking & Rates
Do you offer a discount for booking direct?
Yes! Book directly with us by phone or email and skip the third-party booking fees. Call (207) 934-4062 or email us.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 30 days notice for a refund, less a $50 service charge.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, rates are guaranteed with an advance reservation and deposit (one night minimum).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

How far are you from the beach?
A short walk to the sand—we're just minutes from Old Orchard Beach.
Do you have parking? Is it free?
Yes, free parking is included—one car per room.
Is there WiFi? Is it free?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in all rooms.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and heating.
Do you have a pool?
Yes! We have a heated outdoor pool open during the summer season.

What's the minimum stay requirement?
July and August require a 2-3 night minimum stay. Shoulder season has no minimum.
Is smoking allowed?
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
